Robert Palmer has a Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology with 18 years experience. Expert in developing leaders to influence performance based on the science of behavior-based performance and safety to manage leadership, employee, and organizational performance. Robert developed the strength-on-strength method, aligning personality strengths with competencies and emotional intelligence. The objective is to shape an organizational culture that penetrates and creates an environment that helps people do their best work. Linking performance initiatives to business strategies and outcomes. Dr. Palmer’s expertise is developing leaders to use influence rather than authority. Global project experience gained from business projects in India, Israel, and Europe.
